Post-Christmas Mince Tarts

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas! And is possibly recovered from the ensuing food coma….. So as none of us really need any more recipes right at this moment, have this idea instead:

Top your fruit tarts with a delicious dollop of almond frangipane. They stay delicious and yummy and don’t show non-Christmas mince eaters their contents…. THUS they will possibly try one and be converted 😉
